Effect of Small Needle-knife Combined with Articular Cavity Injection of Sodium Hyaluronate in the Treatment of Patients with Shoulder Periarthritis
Objective:To analyze the effect of small needle-knife combined with articular cavity injection of Sodium Hyaluronate in the treatment of patients with shoulder periarthritis.Method:A total of 100 patients with shoulder periarthritis treated in the Second People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to February 2023 were selected.According to random number table method, they were divided into study group and reference group, with 50 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with articular cavity injection of Sodium Hyaluronate, and the study group was treated with small needle-knife based on the reference group. The shoulder joint function, pain degree before and after treatment and clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group, and the activity, function, muscle strength and symptom scores of both groups were increased, above indexes in the study group were higher than those in the reference group, the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Small needle-knife combined with articular cavity injection of Sodium Hyaluronate for the treatment of patients with shoulder periarthritis can effectively reduce pain and improve shoulder joint function.
