Application of Visual Laryngoscope in Tracheal Intubation Surgery of Difficult Airway
Objective:To explore the application of visual laryngoscope in tracheal intubation surgery of difficult airway.Method:A total of 90 patients with difficult airway undergoing tracheal intubation surgery admitted to the Emergency Department of Dongguan Huangjiang Hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected.According to the method of random number table, they were divided into control group and study group,45 cases in each group. The control group underwent direct laryngoscope intervention, and the study group underwent visual laryngoscope intervention. The relevant indexes, complications, hemodynamics before intubation and 1 min after intubation and 3 min after intubation were compared between the two groups.Result:The intubation time and glottis exposure time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, and the intubation frequency was less than that of the control group, the success rate of one-time intubation and the rate of fiber Campbell Ⅰ grade and Ⅱ grade were higher than those of the control group, and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complication of the study group was 13.33%,which was significantly lower than 33.33%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 min and 3 min after intubation, the heart rate and mean arterial pressure of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients undergoing tracheal intubation surgery with difficult airway, the use of visual laryngoscope can improve the efficiency of intubation work and stabilize the hemodynamics of patients, thus reducing the occurrence of complications with high safety.
