奥马珠单抗在变应原免疫治疗中的作用及研究进展

摘要
当前过敏性疾病的发病率正在日益升高,变应原免疫治疗作为唯一能改变过敏性疾病自然进程的方法,对过敏性疾病的预防及治疗具有重要意义.奥马珠单抗作为一种人源性抗IgE抗体,一方面能提高变应原免疫治疗的成功率,另一方面可以降低免疫治疗过程中不良反应的发生率,但其在应用过程中仍有许多问题急需解决,本文就奥马珠单抗在变应原免疫治疗中的作用及研究进展做一综述.
Abstract
At present,the incidence of allergic diseases is increasing.Allergen immunotherapy,as the only method that can change the natural process of allergic diseases,is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of allergic diseases.Omalizumab,as a human anti-IgE antibody,can improve the success rate of allergen immunotherapy on the one hand,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions during immunotherapy on the other hand.However,there are still many problems to be solved in the application process.This article reviews the role and research progress of Omalizumab in allergen immunotherapy.
