摘要
先兆流产(threatened abortion,TA)作为威胁母婴安全的重要妊娠疾病之一,会加剧孕妇的妊娠压力,引起新生儿早产、先心病、发育迟缓等疾患,严重者可导致孕妇和/或胎儿死亡.近年来TA在我国的发病率呈上升趋势.为做好早期干预以减少女性TA的发生,大量学者采用数学方程与诊断技术方法相结合的方式构建临床预测模型(clinical prediction models,CPMs)以计算识别个体TA发病率.本文主要对TA CPMs构建现状进行综述.
Abstract
Threatened abortion(TA),as one of the most important pregnancy diseases that threaten the safety of mother and child,will aggravate the pregnancy pressure of pregnant women,cause premature birth of newborns,congenital heart disease,developmental delay and other diseases,and in severe cases can lead to the death of pregnant women and/or the fetus.In recent years,the incidence of TA in our country is increasing.In order to do a good job in early intervention to reduce the occurrence of TA in women,a large number of scholars used mathematical equations combined with diagnostic techniques to construct clinical prediction models(CPMs)to calculate and identify the incidence of TA in individuals.This paper mainly reviews the status quo of TA CPMs construction.
