小柴胡汤及其加减在恶性肿瘤治疗中的应用

摘要
小柴胡汤出自张仲景《伤寒杂病论》,是和解少阳的代表方剂,有畅达三焦、宣通内外、疏利气机之功,可治疗少阳病但不局限于少阳病,在临床上应用广泛.恶性肿瘤严重危害了人类身体健康,中医药在治疗肿瘤方面得到了大众的重视与认可,现代医学研究表明,小柴胡汤可以抑制肿瘤细胞的生长、迁移和侵袭能力,具有明显的抗肿瘤效果,在一定程度上能够减轻患者痛苦,延长患者生存期限.为进一步探究小柴胡汤及其加减在肿瘤治疗中的应用,本文对小柴胡汤及其加减在肺癌、乳腺癌、肝癌、胰腺癌等多种肿瘤疾病中的应用做出归纳总结,希望通过本文为小柴胡汤及其加减在肿瘤治疗领域开拓更广阔的发展空间.
Abstract
Xiaochaihu Decoction,derived from Zhang Zhongjing's Shanghan Zabing Lun,is a representative prescription for reconciliation of Shaoyang.It has the functions of smoothing the triple energizer,promoting internal and external circulation,and dredging Qi.It can treat Shaoyang disease but is not limited to Shaoyang disease,and is widely used in clinical practice.Malignant tumors seriously endanger human health,and traditional Chinese medicine has gained public attention and recognition in treating tumors.Modern medical research has shown that Xiaochaihu Decoction can inhibit the growth,migration,and invasion ability of tumor cells,and has obvious anti-tumor effects.To a certain extent,it can alleviate patient pain and prolong patient survival.In order to further explore the application of Xiaochaihu Decoction and its addition and subtraction in tumor treatment,this article summarizes the application of Xiaochaihu Decoction and its addition and subtraction in lung cancer,breast cancer,liver cancer,pancreatic cancer and other tumor diseases,hoping to open up broader development space for Xiaochaihu Decoction and its addition and subtraction in the field of tumor treatment through this article.
