摘要
筋痿首见于《素问·痿论》,是以筋急而挛、不能久立为主要临床表现的一组疾病,属五痿之一.本文以《黄帝内经》所论为基础,对比参考历代医家论述,梳理归纳出筋痿病因病机肝气热、金盛伐木、风湿阻滞、暴怒伤肝、肝气乘脾五种,并整理出各自遣方用药规律,对当今临床诊治筋痿相关病症具有重要参考价值.
Abstract
The sinew flaccidity,first mentioned in Su Wen-Wei Lun,is a series of diseases with the main clinical manifestation of spasms and inability to stand permanently,falling into one of the five flaccidity diseases.In this study,based on Huangdi Neijing and with reference to the treatises of medical scientists throughout the ages,the five types of etiology and pathogenesis of sinew flaccidity are identified,including the intense liver fire,metal growth and destruction of wood,stagnation of cold-damp,raged impairing liver and liver subujgating spleen,as well as the pattern of their respective prescriptions and medicines.In the meantime,this study also serves as a valuable reference for the present-day clinical diagnosis and treatment of the symptoms related to sinew flaccidity.
