Comparative Study of Laparoscopic Fenestration Drainage and CT-guided Puncture Sclerotherapy in the Treatment of Hepatic Cysts
Objective:To analyze the effect of laparoscopic fenestration drainage and CT-guided puncture sclerotherapy on hepatic cysts.Method:A total of 100 patients with hepatic cysts admitted to Zhangjiagang First People's Hospital from January 2019 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects, numbered according to the admission order, and divided into control group and observation group by using the latest statistical software on generate a random sequence of numbers, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received CT-guided puncture sclerotherapy, and the observation group received laparoscopic fenestration drainage. The clinical efficacy, perioperative indexes, adverse events and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Result:The operation time, postoperative getting out of bed time and hospitalization time of control group were shorter than those of observation group, and the blood loss was less than that of observation group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before and after treatment, there were no significant differences in the scores of the EuroQol five dimensions questionnaire(EQ-5D)between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with hepatic cysts, the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic fenestration drainage is better than that of CT-guided puncture sclerotherapy, and the rehabilitation progress after the treatment of CT-guided puncture sclerotherapy is faster and safer. The two methods have different advantages, and the surgical method should be selected according to the actual situation of patients with hepatic cysts.
