Clinical Effect of Autologous Ipsilateral Semitendinous Muscle Tendon-adjustable Loop Titanium Plate All-inside Technique in the Reconstruction of Anterior Cruciate Ligament
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of autologous ipsilateral semitendinous muscle tendon-adjustable loop titanium plate all-inside technique in the reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament(ACL).Method:A total of 80 patients with ACL rupture admitted to Enshi Huiyi Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Rheumatology Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment plans, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with tendon reconstruction ACL of femoris and semitendinosus muscle, and the observation group was treated with autologous ipsilateral semitendinous muscle tendon-adjustable loop titanium plate all-inside technique in the reconstruction of ACL.Knee function, pain and postoperative complications were observed in both groups.Result:At 6 months after surgery,International Knee Joint Literature Committee(IKDC)score and Lysholm score of two groups were higher than those before surgery, and which in observation group were higher than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 months and 6 months after surgery, the knee visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the two groups were lower than that before surgery, and which in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Autologous ipsilateral semitendinous muscle tendon-adjustable loop titanium plate all-inside technique in the reconstruction of ACL can effectively improve the knee function of patients with ACL rupture, relieve knee pain, and reduce the occurrence of complications.
