Application of Oxytocin Combined with Phloroglucinol in the Delivery of Full Term Lying-in Woman with Premature Rupture of Membranes with Low Cervical Score
Objective:To observe the application of Oxytocin combined with Phloroglucinol in the delivery of full term lying-in woman with premature rupture of membranes(PROM)with low cervical score.Method:The clinical data of 160 full-term PROM lying-in woman with low cervical score who were admitted to the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Haining People's Hospital from September 2020 to April 2022 were retrospectively selected.According to different treatment methods, the patients were divided into control group, observation group 1,observation group 2 and observation group 3,with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Oxytocin alone, and the observation group was treated with Oxytocin combined with Phloroglucinol.Observation group 1 was given Phloroglucinol Injection 80 mg intravenously slowly when regular contractions occurred.Observation group 2 injected Phloroglucinol 80 mg slowly when the uterine orifice was opened 2-3 cm wider.Observation group 3 injected Phloroglucinol Injection 80 mg intravenously slowly when entering the active phase and the uterine opening was≥5 cm.Methods of delivery, uterine dilation speed, uterine opening time, postpartum hemorrhage condition, postpartum complications and neonatal adverse events were compared among the four groups.Result:The vaginal delivery rate of observation group 2 and observation group 3 was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The dilation rate of uterine orifice in observation group 2 was higher than that in control group and observation group 1,and the total opening time of uterine orifice in observation group 2 was shorter than that in control group and observation group 1,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postpartum 2 h blood loss volume in observation group 1 and observation group 2 was less than that in control group and observation group 3,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidences of postpartum urinary retention, puerperal infection and neonatal adverse events among the four groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of Oxytocin combined with Phloroglucinol in the delivery of full-term PROM lying-in woman with low cervical score is better than that of only using Oxytocin, and the effect of slow intravenous injection of Phloroglucinol 80 mg when the uterine orifice is 2-3 cm wider is the best, which can obtain a higher vaginal delivery rate, accelerate uterine orifice dilation, shorten the total opening time of uterine orifice, and reduce the amount of postpartum bleeding. And it does not increase the incidence of postpartum urinary retention, puerperal infection, neonatal adverse events, and is both effective and safe.
