Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing in Patients with Autoimmune Encephalitis
Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with autoimmune encephalitis(AE).Method:A total of 86 AE patients admitted to the Guizhou Medical University Affiliated Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected.According to random number table method, the patients were divided into observation group and control group,43 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing based on the control group.Treatment compliance, cognitive function, mental state, quality of life before and after nursing and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The total treatment compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the brain lesion value(DQ)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the memory quotient(MQ)and intelligence quotient(IQ)scores were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of psychology, spirit, environment, physiology, social relationship, independence, general health and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing can alleviate the negative emotions of AE patients, improve treatment compliance, improve cognitive function and quality of life, and enhance nursing satisfaction.
