Influence of Multi-directional Nursing Based on Predictive Concept on Nursing Quality and Complications in Patients Undergoing Routine Gastroscopy
Objective:To analyze the influence of multi-directional nursing based on the predictive concept on nursing quality and complications in patients undergoing routine gastroscopy.Method:A total of 120 patients with routine gastroscopy who treated in Huai'an First People's Hospital from February 2021 to March 2023 were included in the study and numbered according to the order of admission, patients were divided into the control group and the observation group using the red and blue ball method, with 60 patients in each group. The control group was given traditional nursing, and the observation group was given multi-directional nursing based on predictive concept. The changes of physiological indexes, nursing quality and complications were compared between two groups.Result:The heart rate, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group immediately after entering the gastroscope room and leaving the gastroscope room were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of operation skills, service attitude, work efficiency and examination room environment in the nursing quality evaluation of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of multi-directional nursing based on predictive concept in patients undergoing routine gastroscopy can help reduce stress response, improve the quality of nursing, and reduce the incidence of complications.
