Influence of Whole-course Companion Model under Behavioral Perceptual Nursing on Preterm Cesarean Section
Objective:To explore the influence of the whole-course companion model under behavioral perceptual nursing on preterm cesarean section.Method:A total of 105 preterm cesarean section cases admitted to Nanjing BenQ Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=52)and experimental group(n=53)according to the admission time. The control group received routine nursing, and the experimental group received the whole-course companion model intervention under behavioral perceptual nursing. The postpartum recovery status(anal exhaust recovery time, first lactation time, length of hospital stay),pain[visual analogue scale(VAS)score],psychological mood[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)],and childbirth self-efficacy[childbirth self-efficacy inventory(CBSEI-C32)]maternal role adaptation(maternal role adaptation questionnaire)between the two group were compared.Result:The anal exhaust recovery time, the first lactation time and the length of hospital stay in experimental groups were shorter than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,VAS score,SAS score and SDS score of experimental group were lower than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,CBSEI-C32 scores, role identity, caregiving behavior and parent-child attachment scores of experimental group were higher than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The whole-course companion model under behavioral perceptual nursing can significantly improve the postpartum recovery status of preterm cesarean section women, reduce pain, relieve psychological anxiety and depression, enhance the self-efficacy of childbirth, and enhance the adaptability of mother's role.
