Application of Based on Evidence-based Theory Nursing in Non-invasive Ventilator Therapy for Patients with Severe Heart Failure
Objective:To explore the application of based on evidence-based theory nursing in non-invasive ventilator therapy for patients with severe heart failure.Method:A total of 82 patients with severe heart failure treated by non-invasive ventilator in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected.According to random number method,they were divided into control group and observation group,41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given based on evidence-based theory nursing on the basis of the control group.Complications,cardiac function index and arterial blood gas index at admission and discharge were compared between the two groups.Result:The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.88%,which was significantly lower than 21.95%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At discharge,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)increased and left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)decreased in both groups,LVEF in observation group was higher than that in control group,and LVEDD and LVESD were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At discharge,the blood oxygen partial pressure(PaO2)and blood oxygen saturation(SpO2)of both groups were increased,while the partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)was decreased,the PaO2 and SpO2 of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the PaCO2 was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of based on evidence-based theory nursing is good for patients with severe heart failure treated with non-invasive ventilator,which can effectively prevent the occurrence of related complications and improve the cardiac function and arterial blood gas indexes.
