Influence of Multiple Interest Induction Combined with Empathic Feedback on Children with Congenital Choledochal Cyst undergoing Surgery
Objective:To investigate the influence of multiple interest induction combined with empathic feedback on children with congenital choledochal cyst undergoing surgery.Method:A total of 103 children with congenital choledochal cyst undergoing surgery treated in Children's Hospital of Soochow University from August 2018 to July 2023 were selected. They were divided into observation group(52 cases)and control group(51 cases)according to coin toss method. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given multiple interest induction combined with empathic feedback based on the control group. The anxiety mood, quality of life before and after nursing, treatment compliance and pain degree at 2 h,24 h and 72 h after surgery were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,Spence child anxiety scale(SCAS)scores and modified Yale anxiety scale(mYPAS)score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the diet, take medicine and review compliance scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The children pain behavior scale(FLACC)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 2 h,24 h and 72 h after surgery, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the physiological, emotional and social scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multiple interest induction combined with empathy feedback can effectively relieve anxiety mood and postoperative pain in children with congenital choledochal cyst undergoing surgery, and improve treatment compliance and quality of life.
