Application of Refined Management in the Infusion Process of Pediatric Fever Outpatient Clinics
Objective:To explore the application effect of refined management in the infusion process of pediatric fever outpatient clinics.Method:From March 1 to June 30,2022,300 children who treated with intravenous infusion in the Fever Outpatient Clinics of Jiangxi Provincial Children's Hospital were selected as the control group(routine management),from July 1 to October 31,2022,300 children who treated with intravenous infusion in the Fever Outpatient Clinics of Jiangxi Provincial Children's Hospital were selected as the observation group(refined management mode).The diagnosis and treatment time of fever clinic and infusion waiting time of pediatric patients,parents'satisfaction,and nurses'job burnout in infusion work[Maslach burnout inventory general survey(MBI-GS)]were compared between two groups.Result:The diagnosis and treatment time of fever clinic and infusion waiting time of pediatric patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the parents'total satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,the scores of emotional exhaustion,work apathy and low sense of achievement in MBI-GS of nurses were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of refined management in the infusion process of pediatric fever outpatient clinics can shorten the diagnosis and treatment time of fever clinic and infusion waiting time of pediatric patients,improve parents'satisfaction,and reduce nurses'job burnout.
