Gastric cancer is a common malignant tumor of digestive tract with high morbidity and mortality. With the more and more severe human living environment, the incidence of gastric cancer is increasing year by year.Due to the aggravation of aging population in our country, the incidence of this disease remains high for a long time, which poses a serious threat to people's life safety. The pathogenesis of gastric cancer is not fully understood at present, and may be related to genetic factors, regional factors,long-term consumption of pickled, overhot food. With the development of endoscopy technology and the improvement of doctors'operation level,single-hole laparoscopic surgery(SILS)has been gradually applied in clinical practice.SILS radical gastrectomy has the advantages of less trauma and faster recovery, and is favored by surgeons and patients. However, there are still difficulties, disputes and confusion in SILS radical gastrectomy at present, and there are few literatures reported at home and abroad.Based on this, based on relevant literatures, domestic and foreign research and clinical practice experience, this paper summarizes the development status, evaluation, key problems, influence on quality of life, thinking and disputes of SILS radical gastrectomy respectively. In order to provide reference for the develop of SILS radical gastrectomy.
