中西医结合治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的研究进展

摘要
下肢动脉硬化闭塞症是临床上常见且发病较多的一种周围血管疾病.随着全球经济的发展、医疗系统的完善,下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的治疗手段也在与时俱进,目前中医与西医在临床上治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的方法较多.本文通过查阅文献,总结此病的中西医治疗方法,其中中医治疗依据患者自身症状进行分型、分期选方用药,还会运用中药洗剂、中医针灸等外治法治疗本病;西医治疗则包括血管杂交手术、血管腔内介入手术、高压氧疗、胫骨横向骨搬移术治疗等,旨在探究中西医结合治疗本病的临床疗效进展做一综述.
Abstract
Lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans is a clinically common and frequently-occurring peripheral vascular disease in clinical.With the development of the global economy,the improvement of the medical system,the treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans is also advancing with the times,at present,traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the clinical treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans have more methods.This article through the literature review,summarized the treatment of this disease of traditional Chinese and western medicine,of which traditional Chinese medicine treatment according to the patients'own symptoms for classification,staging prescription medication,but also the use of traditional Chinese medicine lotion,traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and other external treatment methods to treat the disease;western medicine treatments include vascular hybridization surgery,intravascular interventional surgery,hyperbaric oxygen therapy,transverse tibial bone transfer treatment,etc,this article aims is to explore the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of this disease and make a review.
