Clinical Effect of Yunpi Zhixie Decoction Combined with Moxibustion in the Treatment of Chronic Diarrhea in Children with Spleen and Stomach Weakness Syndrome
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Yunpi Zhixie Decoction combined with moxibustion in the treatment of chronic diarrhea in children with spleen and stomach weakness syndrome.Method:A total of 100 children with chronic diarrhea with spleen and stomach weakness syndrome admitted to the Outpatient Department of Huguosi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected.They were divided into study group(n=50)and control group(n=50)according to random number table method.The control group was given moxibustion treatment,and the study group was given Yunpi Zhixie Decoction combined moxibustion treatment.The clinical efficacy,symptom disappearance time,gastrointestinal hormones,intestinal flora before treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of abdominal pain,diarrhea and thin stool in the study group were earlier than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of motilin(MTL)and gastrin(GAS)were decreased in both groups,while the levels of prostaglandin E2(PGE2)were increased,the levels of MTL and GAS in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of PGE2 were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the number of lactobacillus increased and the number of enterococcus decreased in the two groups,and the number of lactobacillus in the study group was more than that in the control group,while the number of enterococcus was less than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of Yunpi Zhixie Decoction combined with moxibustion in the treatment of chronic diarrhea in children with spleen and stomach weakness syndrome can improve clinical efficacy,promote the disappearance of symptoms,improve gastrointestinal hormones and intestinal flora,and have good safety.
