Application Effect of Emergency Interventional Therapy for Severe Non Variceal Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding
Objective:To explore the application effect of emergency interventional therapy for severe non variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Method:A total of 72 patients with severe non variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding who admitted to Shan County Dongda Hospital from September 2021 to October 2022 were included as the study objects, they were divided into the control group and the study group according to the difference of treatment methods, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was given emergency gastroscopy treatment, while the study group was given emergency interventional therapy. The detection rate of bleeding lesions, recovery time, treatment effect, rebleeding and complications between two groups were compared.Result:The detection rate of bleeding lesions in the study group was 94.44%,which was significantly higher than 77.78%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the hemostasis time, bowel sound recovery time and hospitalization time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 94.44%,which was significantly higher than 75.00%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the rebleeding rate at 1 week and 1 month after treatment in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the incidence of necrosis and perforation in the lesion site were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Emergency interventional therapy for severe non variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding has a high bleeding lesion detection rate and total treatment efficiency, and can shorten patient recovery time, reduce the rebleeding rate, reduce complications.
