Effect of Esketamine Combined with Remifentanil and Propofol Anaesthesia in Patients undergoing Ureteral Stent Removal
Objective:To investigate the effect of Esketamine combined with Remifentanil and Propofol anaesthesia on pain levels and postoperative awakening in patients undergoing ureteral stent removal.Method:A total of 95 patients who underwent ureteral stent removal in Hai'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected.Random number table method was used to divide the control group(n=47)and the study group(n=48).The control group was given Remifentanil+Propofol anesthesia, and the study group was given Remifentanil+Propofol+Esketamine anesthesia.Anesthesia effect, pain degree, quality of recovery, cognitive function and incidence of adverse reactions were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Result:The total excellent and good rate of anesthesia in the study group was 95.83%,which was significantly higher than 80.85%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the recovery time was earlier than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 h and 3 h after operation, the score of mini-mental state examination(MMSE)in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 8.33%,which lower than 14.89%in the control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Esketamine combined with Remifentanil and Propofol can significantly reduce the pain of patients undergoing ureteral stent removal, reduce cognitive impairment, shorten postoperative recovery time, and have a high safety.
