Effect of Budesonide Combined with Pulmonary Surfactant in the Treatment of Neonatal Respiratory Distress Syndrome and Its Influence on Blood Gas Analysis and Inflammatory Factors of Children
Objective:To investigate the effect of Budesonide combined with Pulmonary Surfactant(PS)in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS)and its influence on blood gas analysis and inflammatory factors of children.Method:A total of 82 children with NRDS who admitted to the First Hospital of Putian City from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the study objects, they were divided into the control group(n=41,PS treatment)and the observation group(n=41,Budesonide combined with PS treatment)according to the random number table method, two groups were treated for 72 h.The clinical efficacy, blood gas analysis, inflammatory factors and complications between two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.12%,which was higher than 75.61%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in the blood gas analysis and inflammatory factors levels between two groups(P>0.05);at 72 h after treatment, the levels of blood gas analysis and inflammatory factors in two groups were improved compared with those before treatment, and the blood oxygen partial pressure(PaO2)and oxygenation index(OI)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO2),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 12.20%,which was higher than 9.76%in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Budesonide combined with PS in the treatment of children with NRDS can effectively improve the hypoxia state and blood gas analysis indexes, reduce the inflammatory response, further improve the clinical efficacy, and does not increase the risk of complications.
