Study on Influence of Wrist and Ankle Acupuncture on Immediate Pain of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis
Objective:To investigate the effect of wrist and ankle acupuncture intervention for scapulohumeral periarthritis and its influence on immediate pain of acupuncture.Method:A total of 60 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis in who treated in Nanping People's Hospital from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,according to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture,while the observation group was treated with wrist and ankle acupuncture first,and then with conventional acupuncture,the therapeutic effect,pain scores[visual analogue scale(VAS)]on the 1st and 15th day after treatment and satisfaction were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 1st day after treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05);On the 15th day after treatment,the VAS scores of two groups were lower than those on the 1st day after treatment,and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wrist ankle acupuncture has a good clinical effect in the treatment of immediate pain of scapulohumeral periarthritis,which can significantly reduce the pain degree of patients,improve patients'satisfaction,and thus improve the treatment effect.
