Effect of Humanistic Nursing Combined with Precise Nutritional Intervention on Negative Emotions and Gastrointestinal Reactions in Patients with Advanced Gastric Cancer Undergoing Arterial Infusion Chemotherapy
Objective:To explore the effect of humanistic nursing combined with precision nutrition intervention on advanced gastric cancer patients with arterial infusion chemotherapy.Method:A total of 46 patients with advanced gastric cancer who received arterial infusion chemotherapy in Baiyun Hospital Affiliated to Guizhou Medical University from March 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method, with 23 cases in each group. The control group received routine intervention, and the observation group received humanistic nursing combined with precision nutrition intervention. The incidence of nutritional risk assessment, negative emotion and gastrointestinal reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After 2 cycles of chemotherapy, the scores of nutrition risk screening scale(NRS-2002),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in two groups were lower than those before chemotherapy, and the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of gastrointestinal reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanistic nursing combined with precision nutrition intervention can significantly reduce the risk of malnutrition, improve adverse mood and alleviate gastrointestinal reactions in patients with advanced gastric cancer undergoing arterial infusion chemotherapy.
