Influence of Continuous Nursing Guided by Interactive Standard Theory on Patients with Diabetic Retinopathy
Objective:To explore the influence of continuous nursing guided by interactive standard theory on patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR).Method:A total of 92 patients with DR Admitted to Zunyi First People's Hospital from June 2022 to October 2023 were selected. They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,46 cases in each group. The control group was given routine continuous nursing, and the observation group was given continuous nursing guided by the interactive standard theory.Blood glucose level,self-management ability and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing, the levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PBG)and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of diet control, foot care, regular exercise, blood glucose monitoring, medication as prescribed by the doctor and high and low blood glucose treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of reading and fine motor, adjustment ability, daily living, far vision, movement and light perception in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of continuous nursing guided by the interactive standard theory in DR Patients can improve the ability of self-management,which is conducive to the good control of blood sugar, and thus improve the quality of life.
