Application Effect of Programmed Nursing Intervention in Nursing of Patients with Craniocerebral Tumor
Objective:To analyze the effect of programmed nursing intervention on negative emotions and postoperative pressure ulcers in patients with craniocerebral tumor.Method:A total of 52 patients treated with craniocranial tumor surgery in Guigang People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected, and the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of random single blind grouping, with 26 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing during perioperative period, and the observation group received programmed nursing intervention during perioperative period.Negative emotion, hope level, quality of life and postoperative pressure ulcer were compared between the two groups.Result:Before intervention, there were no significant differences in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,Herth hope index scale(HHI)score and European Organization for Research in Cancer Treatment quality of life scale questionnaire core 30(EORTC-QLQ-C30)score between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS in both groups were lower than those before intervention, and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,HHI scores in both groups were higher than those before intervention, and the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of pressure ulcer in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the average healing time of pressure sore was shorter than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,EORTC QLQ-C30 scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Programmed nursing intervention is helpful to improve the negative emotions of patients with craniocerebral tumor, reduce the risk of postoperative pressure ulcer, enhance the level of hope of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients.
