The Application Effect of Family-centered Empowerment Education in the Physical Examination of Metabolic Associated Fatty Liver Disease Population
Objective:To explore the application effect of family-centered empowerment education(FCEE)in the physical examination of metabolic associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD)population.Method:A total of 150 patients with MAFLD who underwent physical examination in Tianyou Hospital Affiliated to Wuhan University of Science and Technology from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group(75 cases)and observation group(75 cases)according to the principle of comparison of baseline data between groups. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given FCEE intervention on the basis of the control group, and the intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Result:After the intervention, the controlled attenuation parameter(CAP)and liver stiffness measure(LSM)were significantly decreased in both groups, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the self-efficacy scores of both groups were significantly improved, and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of all dimensions of quality of life in both groups were significantly improved, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of FCEE in MAFLD examination population is good, which can reduce the liver fat content, reduce liver hardness, and improve the self-efficacy and quality of life of MAFLD examination population.
