Impact of Dressing Change Nursing Based on Demand-oriented Concept on Outpatient Wound Dressing Change Patients
Objective:To explore the effect of dressing change nursing based on demand-oriented concept on pain degree and emotional status and nurse-patient relationship.Method:A total of 63 patients with wound dressing changes received in the Dressing Room of the Outpatient Department of Gaochun People's Hospital from May 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into observation group(n=32)and control group(n=31)according to two-color sphere method.The control group received routine dressing change nursing,and the observation group received dressing change nursing based on demand-oriented concept.Pain degree,negative emotion,comfort level,nurse-patient trust and service satisfaction were evaluated before and after nursing.Result:After nursing,the pain numerical scale(NRS)score,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the physiological,psychological and environmental scores of Koleaba general comfort questionnaire(GCQ)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Keiko Okaya's nurse-patient relationship trust scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was 96.88%,which was significantly higher than 77.42%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of dressing change nursing based on demand-oriented concept to patients with outpatient wound dressing change can reduce the pain degree and negative emotions of patients during dressing change,improve the comfort level of patients during dressing change,and enhance nursing satisfaction.
