Clinical Effect of Spinal Endoscopic Lumbar Interbody Fusion Technology in the Treatment of Single Segment Lumbar Degenerative Diseases
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of spinal endoscopic lumbar interbody fusion technology in the treatment of single segment lumbar degenerative diseases.Method:A total of 90 patients with single segment lumbar degenerative diseases who admitted to Huai'an No.82 Hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were included as the study subjects, the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to different surgical methods, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional posterior lumbar fusion surgery, while the observation group was treated with spinal endoscopic lumbar interbody fusion technology. The treatment effect, surgical conditions, levels of inflammatory mediators and changes in lumbar function of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.56%,which was higher than 75.56%in the control group, the incision length, operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 24 h after operation, the levels of interleukin-10(IL-10),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in two groups were higher than those before treatment, but those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 6 months after operation, the Japanese Orthopaedic Association score(JOA)scores of two groups increased compared to before treatment, and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)scores and visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of two groups decreased compared with those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Spinal endoscopic lumbar interbody fusion technology in the treatment of single segment lumbar degenerative diseases has the advantage of slight trauma, less intraoperative blood loss,it can effectively reduce the stimulation of inflammation factors, improve lumbar function recovery, shorter hospital stay, promote patients postoperative rehabilitation as soon as possible, superior to the traditional posterior open technology.
