Application Progress of Winter Disease and Summer Treatment Acupoint Application,Traditional Chinese Medicine Foot Bath and Early Pulmonary Rehabilitation on Stable COPD
Pulmonary rehabilitation is an important part of the clinical treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),and the best time for treatment is the stable period.The patients'respiratory muscle function should be evaluated and exercised as soon as possible,winter disease and summer treatment acupoint application,traditional Chinese medicine foot bath can effectively improve the patients'respiratory tolerance,increase the range of motion of thoracic cage and lungs,expand the chest cavity volume,increase the negative pressure in chest,and delay the decline of lung function.Therefore,this study reviewed the study of winter disease and summer treatment acupoint application,traditional Chinese medicine foot bath and early pulmonary rehabilitation in patients with stable COPD,so as to provide more practical evidence and support for the clinical nursing practice of lung function in patients with stable COPD in China,in order to reduce the rehospitalization rate of patients,and further improve the quality of life of patients.
