Research Progress on the Relationship between Abnormal Glycerol Phospholipid Metabolism and Preeclampsia
As a common complication during pregnancy, preeclampsia is an important cause of perinatal death and iatrogenic premature birth in China and even in the world. At present, there is a lack of effective early detection and prediction methods for this disease. With the development of lipidomics, the search for biomarkers for the early diagnosis of preeclampsia by this method has become a research hotspot. With the deepening of research, scholars have found that more and more studies have confirmed that abnormal lipid metabolism is closely related to the pathogenesis of preeclampsia. The abnormal metabolism of glycerol phospholipid in placenta and plasma of preeclampsia patients has been confirmed by more and more studies. This article reviews the recent studies on the relationship between glycerol phospholipid metabolism and preeclampsia.
