Research Progress of Coracoclavicular Ligament Reconstruction for Acromioclavicular Joint Dislocation
With the development of modern orthopedics, the application of coracoclavian ligament repair and reconstruction in surgery for acromioclavicular joint dislocation has become a focus of discussion among scholars. The use of autologous or allogeneic tendon reconstruction and the use of artificial implants for reconstruction are the mainstream methods for reconstructing the coracoclavian ligament. Both have their unique advantages and disadvantages,so there is no consensus on the best surgical method in clinical practice. This article explores several common surgical methods for reconstruction of the coracoclavicular ligament and their advantages and disadvantages. It is believed that the development of anatomical reconstruction of the coracoclavicular ligament will pay more attention to the restoration of biomechanical characteristics and the biocompatibility of artificial implants. In addition, with the assistance of arthroscope, surgical methods including traditional methods will also be improved and innovated.
