Clinical Effect of Chinese Medicine Combined with Bee Acupuncture in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Chinese medicine combined with bee acupuncture in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Method:A total of 90 children with allergic rhinitis treated in Guangzhou Women and Children Medical Center from December 2019 to December 2022 were selected, and they were randomly divided into group A(simple Chinese medicine treatment),group B(simple bee acupuncture treatment)and group C(Chinese medicine combined bee acupuncture treatment),with 30 cases in each group. The levels of inflammatory factors, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score, immunoglobulin E(IgE)level, quality of life score and clinical efficacy of the three groups were observed and compared.Result:After treatment, the interleukin-4(IL-4)in the three group were lower than those before treatment, and interferon-γ(INF-γ)were higher than those before treatment, and IL-4 level in group C was lower than that in group A and group B,and INF-γ level was higher than that in group A and group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of group C was 100.00%,which was higher than 70.00%of group A and 83.33%of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of various traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in the three groups were lower than those before treatment, and the scores of runny nose, itchy nose and sneezing in group C were lower than those in group A and group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the score of Rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire(RQLQ)and IgE level of all three groups were lower than those before treatment, and group C were lower than those in group A and group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional Chinese medicine or bee acupuncture alone, the application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with bee acupuncture in patients with allergic rhinitis can not only reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and IgE,but also reduce the score of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms, and improve the clinical efficacy and quality of life.
