Effect of Small Needle Knife Combined with Warm Moxibustion Treatment on Patients with Degenerative Knee Arthritis
Objective:To explore the effect of small needle knife combined with warm moxibustion treatment on patients with degenerative knee arthritis.Method:A total of 64 patients with degenerative knee arthritis admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Hechi City from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected. They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,32 cases in each group. The control group was given acupuncture treatment, and the observation group was given small needle knife combined with warm moxibustion treatment.Knee joint function, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,C-reactive protein(CRP)and immune index were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:After treatment, the pain degree, knee joint function, knee joint activity, knee joint stability, knee joint flexion deformity and muscle strength scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of joint pain, mobility obstruction, fatigue, low back pain and joint stiffness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,CRP level in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,T lymphocytes 22(Th22)and T lymphocytes 17(Th17)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of small needle knife combined with warm moxibustion in the treatment of degenerative knee arthritis is obvious, the knee function is obviously improved, the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the patient is significantly decreased, and the Th22 and Th17 levels of the body are reduced.
