Effect of Hard Channel Minimally Invasive Puncture and Drainage Surgery Under CT Positioning Combined with Urokinase Perfusion in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage
Objective:To analyze the effect of hard channel minimally invasive puncture and drainage surgery under CT positioning combined with Urokinase perfusion in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Method:A total of 102 elderly patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated in Rudong County People's Hospital from March 2018 to March 2023 were selected. The patients were numbered according to the order of admission, and were divided into control group(51 cases)and observation group(51 cases)after generating random sequence using the latest statistical software. The control group was given conservative treatment, and the observation group was given hard channel minimally invasive puncture and drainage surgery under CT positioning combined with Urokinase perfusion on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy after 1 week of treatment, vascular endothelial function, prognosis, quality of life before and after 1 week of treatment and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The treatment total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment, the level of nitric oxide(NO)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and endothelin-1(ET-1)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment, the modified Rankin scale(mRS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the modified Barthel index(MBI)score of the observation group was higher than that of control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For elderly patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, hard channel minimally invasive puncture and drainage surgery under CT positioning combined with Urokinase perfusion has a significant effect, which is conducive to improving vascular endothelial function, improving prognosis and quality of life, and reducing the incidence of complications.
