Application Effect of Targeted Nursing Intervention in Laparoscopic Total Hysterectomy
Objective:To analyze the effect of targeted nursing intervention in laparoscopic total hysterectomy.Method:A total of 80 patients undergoing elective laparoscopic total hysterectomy admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects.Randomly divided into study group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the study group received targeted nursing based on the control group. The operation recovery, nursing satisfaction and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Result:The hospitalization time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, and the first time of getting out of bed in the study group was earlier than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score of both groups were lower than those before intervention, and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing total satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of targeted nursing intervention in patients treated with laparoscopic total hysterectomy has achieved remarkable results, effectively promoting prognosis, improving negative emotions, and helping to reduce complications.
