Effect of Empathy Nursing Combined with Psychological Nursing on Negative Emotions and Quality of Life in Elderly Parkinson Disease Patients
Objective:To explore the effect of empathy nursing combined with psychological nursing on negative emotions,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction in elderly Parkinson disease patients.Method:A total of 80 patients with Parkinson disease treated in Nanjing First Hospital from April 2021 to December 2022 were selected,and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received empathy nursing combined with psychological nursing based on the control group.Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score,Parkinson disease quality of life questionnaire(PDQ-39)score before and after nursing and total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,HAMA score,HAMD score and PDQ-39 score in the observation group were lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than 85.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Empathy nursing combined with psychological nursing can improve negative emotions,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction in elderly Parkinson disease patients.
