Objective:To explore the effect of ADOPT model in patients with acute pancreatitis.Method:A total of 60 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery of Macheng People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected, and they were divided into study group and control group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the study group received ADOPT model nursing.Negative emotion,self-management ability, health behavior score, symptom improvement time and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Result:Before intervention, there were no significant differences in negative emotion,self-management ability and health behavior score between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention, the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)and health behavior scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was 6.67%,which was lower than 26.67%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of abdominal distension, exhaust gas recovery time, abdominal pain and abdominal tenderness in the study group were earlier than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:ADOPT model nursing can improve the self-management ability and health behavior ability of patients with acute pancreatitis, reduce the degree of anxiety and depression, improve clinical symptoms, and reduce the incidence of complications.
