Effects of Stairway Thinking Nursing on Liver Function,Postoperative Recovery Condition and Quality of Life in Patients undergoing Liver Cancer Surgery
Objective:To analyze the effects of stairway thinking nursing on liver function, postoperative recovery condition and quality of life in patients undergoing liver cancer surgery.Method:A total of 80 patients with liver cancer undergoing surgery admitted to the Clinical School of Fujian Medical University from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected.According to the patients'wishes,80 patients were divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases). The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given stairway thinking nursing on the basis of the control group.Liver function, quality of life before and after nursing and postoperative recovery were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing, the levels of aspartate transaminase(AST),alanine transaminase(ALT)and total bilirubin(TBIL)were decreased in both groups, the AST,ALT and TBIL levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of physical function, role function and emotional function of the two groups were increased, and the scores of physical function, role function and emotional function of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of bowel sound, defecation time, exhaust time and getting out of bed time in the observation group were significantly earlier than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Stairway thinking nursing can effectively improve the liver function of patients with liver cancer surgery, improve the postoperative recovery effect and the quality of life of patients.
