Clinical Effect of Ertong Qingyan Jiere Koufuye in the Treatment of Children with Influenza A(H1N1)
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Ertong Qingyan Jiere Koufuye in the treatment of children with influenza A(H1N1).Method:A total of 91 children with influenza A(H1N1)who admitted to Guangdong Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,the children were divided into group A(n=45)and group B(n=46)by random number table method.Group A was treated with Oseltamivir Granules on the basis of general clinical treatment,group B was treated with Ertong Qingyan Jiere Koufuye on the basis of group A,two groups were treated for 3-5 d.The disease recovery rate,the relief of pharyngeal congestion,pharyngeal pain and fever,the use of Ibuprofen and the occurrence of adverse reactions in two groups were observed and compared.Result:After treatment,the disease recovery rate of group B was 93.5%,which was higher than 77.8%of group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptoms of pharyngeal congestion and pharyngeal pain in group B were lighter than those in group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complete antipyretic time and antipyretic onset time of group B were shorter than those of group A,and the daily dose and daily frequency of Ibuprofen were less than those of group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in two groups.Conclusion:Ertong Qingyan Jiere Koufuye in the treatment of children with influenza A(H1N1)can significantly improve the curative effect,reduce pharyngeal congestion,pharyngeal pain and fever symptoms,and has good safety.
