Effect of Percutaneous Nephrostomy Microstomy Drainage on Ureteral Calculi Induced Sepsis
Objective:To explore the effect of percutaneous nephrostomy microstomy drainage on ureteral calculi induced sepsis.Method:Seventy-three patients with ureteral calculi induced sepsis admitted to the Qinzhou First People's Hospital from March 2020 to February 2022 were selected.According to random number table method, the patients were divided into control group(n=36)and observation group(n=37).The control group was treated with conventional lithotriptic drainage, and the observation group was treated with percutaneous nephrostomy microstomy drainage. The clinical indexes, renal function, degree of hydronephrosis, level of inflammation before and after treatment, rate of postoperative recurrent sepsis and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The successful rate of drainage in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the operation time, sepsis improvement time, hospital stay, postoperative recurrence rate of sepsis and the total incidence of complications were better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, renal function, hydronephrosis and inflammation level in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Percutaneous nephrostomy microstomy drainage in patients with sepsis caused by ureteral calculi can improve renal function and reduce the level of inflammatory factors, which is conducive to the subsequent recovery of patients.
