Effect of Hemoperfusion Combined with Hemodialysis in Patients with Diquat Dibromide Poisoning
Objective:To investigate the effect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis on patients with diquat dibromide poisoning.Method:A total of 60 patients with diquat dibromide poisoning admitted to Sihong Branch of Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with hemodialysis,observation group was treated with hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis.The total effective rate,inflammatory factor index and blood gas index were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in inflammatory factors between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-8(IL-8)in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in blood gas indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the pH value and arterial partial oxygen pressure(PaO2)of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and pH value and PaO2 of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the PaCO2 was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis can significantly reduce the inflammatory response and improve blood gas in the treatment of patients with diquat dibromide poisoning,the effect is significant.
