Investigation on Subjective Well-being of Endometrial Cancer Patients during Chemotherapy
Objective:To explore the subjective well-being status of endometrial cancer(EC)patients during chemotherapy.Method:A total of 93 EC patients who received chemotherapy in Tongji Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology from January 2022 to February 2023 were selected,their basic data were collected,subjective well-being was assessed using the Chinese version of the subjective authenticity-continuing happiness scale(SA-DHS),and univariate analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the factors affecting subjective well-being during chemotherapy in EC patients.Result:The SA-DHS score of 93 EC patients during chemotherapy was(39.20±4.18)points;the SA-DHS scores of EC patients with education level in junior high school or below,tumor stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ,chemotherapy frequency>2 times,adverse reactions,per capita monthly income<4 000 yuan,negative coping,low family care were lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the independent influencing factors for subjective well-being of EC patients during chemotherapy were education level in junior high school or below,tumor stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ,chemotherapy frequency>2 times,adverse reactions,per capita monthly income<4 000 yuan,negative coping,and low family care(P<0.05).Conclusion:The subjective well-being of EC patients during chemotherapy is at a moderate level,which is related to factors such as education level,tumor staging,chemotherapy frequency,adverse reactions,per capita monthly income,coping styles and family care,health education and psychological counseling should be strengthened,and relevant coping measures should be taken to promote the improvement of patients'subjective well-being.
