Aortic dissection(AD)is a critical aortic disease with rapid onset,rapid progression,and high mortality.In recent years,the disease shows a trend of younger age and increasing incidence year by year.Surgery is an important means to treat AD,and patients need long-term and even lifelong treatment and nursing after discharge.Continuous nursing is an extension of in-hospital nursing and an important part of overall nursing,which can provide continuous,safe and reliable medical services for patients after discharge,and improve and enhance the quality of life of patients.Therefore,this paper summarizes the necessity,development form,effect evaluation,existing problems and suggestions of continuous nursing for AD patients,aiming to provide reference basis for the construction of continuous nursing system for AD patients in China.
