Role and Research Progress of MicroRNA in Aplastic Anemia
Aplastic anemia(AA)is a bone marrow hematopoietic failure syndrome characterized by pancytopenia.Hyperfunction of T cells and abnormal bone marrow microenvironment are the main factors of its pathogenesis.Micro RNA(miRNA)are conserved small non-coding RNA,which are involved in the regulation of pathophysiological processes of various diseases and play an important role in the regulation of T cell immunity and lipogenic osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BM-MSCs).It has been confirmed that miRNA participate in the occurrence and development of AA,and targeted therapy based on miRNA may become the direction of AA treatment in the future. In this review, the role of miRNA in T cell function and lipid osteogenic differentiation of BM-MSCs in AA was reviewed.
