Effect on the Curative Effect of Modified Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction Combined with 2HRZE/4HR Regimen on Pulmonary Tuberculosis Patients
Objective:To explore the effect of modified Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction combined with 2HRZE/4HR regimen on pulmonary tuberculosis patients.Method:A total of 94 pulmonary tuberculosis patients admitted to Qingliu County General Hospital from January 2021 to September 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with 2HRZE/4HR regimen,and the observation group was treated with modified Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction combined with 2HRZE/4HR regimen.The clinical efficacy,immune function,quality of life,physical condition,levels of inflammatory factors and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in immune function index,inflammatory factor level and quality of life score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of CD8+,interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of CD8+,IL-2,IL-6 and TNF-α were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and which in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The stability rate of physical status in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction combined with 2HRZE/4HR regimen can improve the clinical efficacy,immune function,reduce inflammatory response,stabilize the physical condition of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and is safe and effective.
