Effect of Narrative Nursing Combined with Group Cognitive Behavioral Intervention on Patients Undergoing Heart Valve Replacement
Objective:To explore the effect of narrative nursing combined with group cognitive behavior intervention on patients with heart valve replacement.Method:A total of 140 patients undergoing heart valve replacement in the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery of Dangyang People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 70 patients in each group.The control group was given routine health education,and the observation group was given narrative nursing combined with group cognitive behavior intervention on the basis of the control group.The self-perceived burden,self-efficacy,psychological resilience,psychological pain and self-management ability of the two groups before and after the intervention were compared.Result:Before intervention,there were no significant differences in self-perceived burden,self-efficacy,psychological resilience,psychological pain and self-management ability between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the physical burden,emotional burden score and total score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of psychological pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of self-efficacy,psychological resilience and self-management ability were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Narrative nursing combined with group cognitive behavior intervention can improve the self-efficacy,psychological resilience and self-management ability of heart valve replacement patients,and reduce the degree of self-perceived burden and psychological pain.
