Effect of Personalized Nursing Based on the Fast Track Surgery Concept on Perioperative Related Indexes in Patients with Renal Calculus Complicated with Diabetes
Objective:To explore the influence of personalized nursing based on the fast track surgery(FTS)concept on perioperative related indexes in patients with renal calculus and diabetes.Method:A total of 70 patients with renal calculus complicated with diabetes admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the experimental group received personalized nursing based on the FTS concept.Blood glucose index, postoperative recovery, renal function index, quality of life and complications of the two groups were observed.Result:At 2 d after surgery, the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin of the experimental group were lower than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of getting out of bed, catheter indwelling time and discharge time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 2 d after surgery, serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and blood uric acid(BUA)in the experimental groups were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 2 d after surgery, the scores of the MOS item short form health survey(SF-36)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Personalized nursing based on the FTS concept can help control perioperative blood glucose level in patients with renal calculus complicated with diabetes, accelerate patient recovery, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the quality of life of patients.
