Effect of Refined Nursing Assisted Non-invasive Ventilation on the Recovery and Nursing Satisfaction of AECOPD Patients
Objective:To explore the effect of refined nursing assisted non-invasive ventilation on the recovery and nursing satisfaction of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)patients.Method:Sixty AECOPD patients who treated in Putian First Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects, and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method. The control group was given routine care, while the observation group was given refined nursing assisted non-invasive ventilation, two groups were intervened continuously for 8 weeks. The two groups were compared in terms of the modified British Medical Research Council respiratory difficulty scale(mMRC),chronic respiratory early warning score(CREWS)and modified Barthel index(MBI)and nursing satisfaction scores of two groups before intervention, after 4 weeks of intervention and after 8 weeks of intervention were compared.Result:After 4 weeks of intervention, the mMRC scores and CREWS scores of two groups were lower than those before intervention, after 8 weeks of intervention, the mMRC scores and CREWS scores of two groups were lower than those before intervention and after 4 weeks of intervention, and which in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention, the MBI scores of two groups were higher than those before intervention, after 8 weeks of intervention, the MBI scores of two groups were higher than those before intervention and after 4 weeks of intervention, and which in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group after 8 weeks of intervention was higher than that of the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Fine nursing assisted non-invasive ventilation is beneficial for improving the degree of respiratory difficulty, promoting recovery, improving daily living ability and enhancing nursing satisfaction in AECOPD patients.
