Application Effect of Comprehensive Respiratory Nursing in Stroke Patients with Tracheotomy
Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive respiratory nursing in stroke patients with tracheotomy.Method:A total of 80 stroke patients with tracheostomy admitted to Shaoguan First People's Hospital from January 2022 to July 2023 were selected.According to different intervention methods, they were divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine tracheotomy nursing, and the observation group was given comprehensive respiratory nursing on the basis of the control group. The relevant indexes, complications and success rate of extubation were compared between the two groups.Result:The rate of phlegm scab formation and the number of sputum aspiration in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the daily sputum output was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the endotracheal retention time and hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of airway mucosal bleeding and fever in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of extubation in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive respiratory nursing for stroke patients with tracheotomy can reduce the incidence of phlegm scab formation, reduce the number of sputum aspiration, promote daily sputum discharge, control the occurrence of complications, and promote early recovery of patients.
