Analysis of Influencing Factors of Coronary No-reflow in Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease after PCI
Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of coronary no-reflow in elderly patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI),and to provide a basis for clinical prevention of coronary no-reflow after PCI.Method:A total of 163 elderly patients with coronary heart disease undergoing PCI admitted to Shijingshan Teaching Hospital of Capital Medical University from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the presence or absence of reflow, the patients were divided into no-reflow group(n=83)and normal blood flow group(n=80).The general data and laboratory indicators of the two groups were compared, and the risk factors affecting the occurrence of coronary no reflow in elderly patients with coronary heart disease after PCI were analyzed by logistic regression.Result:There were no significant differences in age, drinking history and family history between the two groups(P>0.05).The proportion of patients with smoking history, angina pectoris history, preoperative blood glucose≥11.0 mmol/L and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)<45 mg/dL in the no-reflow group were higher than those in the normal blood flow group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).logistic analysis results indicated that smoking history and preoperative blood glucose≥11.0 mmol/L were risk factors for coronary no-reflow after PCI in elderly patients with coronary heart disease(P<0.05).No history of angina pectoris and HDL-C≥45 mg/dL were the protective factors for coronary no-reflow after PCI in elderly patients with coronary heart disease(P<0.05).Conclusion:History of smoking and preoperative blood glucose≥11.0 mmol/L were risk factors for coronary no-reflow after PCI,and no history of angina pectoris and HDL-C≥45 mg/dL were protective factors for coronary no-reflow after PCI.Patients with coronary heart disease should control blood glucose and lipids, maintain a healthy lifestyle, quit smoking as soon as possible, and intervene in time after angina pectoris.
